If you or a family member is in need of travel nephrology care, Associates In Nephrology can provide same week appointments for chronic kidney disease management and dialysis care options while you are vacationing or on extended stays in Southwest Florida.

We generally have at least one physician or advanced practice provider that has an open slot in their daily clinic schedule to accommodate patients who need same week chronic kidney disease care.

We welcome traveling Hemodialysis and Peritoneal dialysis patients and it’s our pleasure to help you arrange for appropriate dialysis care at one of our affiliated dialysis units if your travel brings you to Southwest Florida.

Although we will attempt to accommodate all same week appointment requests, if the patient is requesting an appointment for a non-urgent chronic kidney disease issue, they could experience a scheduling delay. Please contact our scheduling team to determine availability.
